This post was inspired by a friend of mine, while we were chatting away at the coffee joint we ALWAYS hang out.
Lets talk about couples. Oh yes, couples.
I'm just going to discuss about the couples in Singapore or rather in general, the World.
First on the list are couples that has a drop dead gorgeous guy and a pretty beautiful girl. This kind of couple is what we call Matchmake in Heaven. Think Brad-gelina. They invoke jealousy, their chemistry is infectious. These are the people, the old guy living up there, are very very kind towards.
Then we have the couple whereby one is gorgeous and the other is...er...CMI. This kind of relationship is call True Love. Which is pretty true, one party is ug...I mean...CMI and the other is of the direct opposite, in this materialistic world, only true love happens. The one living up there is kind to the CMI one. You can call that a compensation for what a disaster he/she turned out to be (the ugly one...oops!).
The next relationship consist of 2 person - both ugly (since I've used that word, just heck it anyway). This kind of relationship is labeled No Choice. The picture below is a fine example.
This picture is just a random picture I picked from google.com, and looks are subjective. I'm sure this illustration will clearly drive my point to your head like a bullet right. Well so long as they are happy, who are we to say anything? God is just fair to them. I mean, with that kind of looks (again, looks are subjective), its pretty much expected and destined by the rotten rodents in the sewers for them to stay single...FOREVER. Then we have one gorgeous man and another gorgeous man. They are your out, loud and proud gay couple of Tanjong Pagar.
We have the female version as well, and we call them Lesbianatic Lesbians (Lesbo is a label that is highly detested by the Lesbian community. Basically, it is the condensed form of Despo Lesbians).
